Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a high performing Sales Officer to assist in the profitable growth of our sales department.
-Help to generate leads with international real estate companies through cold callings
-Making on average 100 outbound sales calls to the new and existing customer base about exhibition information
-Liaising with team members to ensure a positive outcome from the initial phone enquiry
-Assist with exhibition / roadshow preparation and on-site support
-Continue to retain and build great relationships with external key stakeholders
-Provide support to sales, marketing and customer service aspects of the department

-An excellent telephone manner, good relationship skills and a professional demeanor
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
-Ability to work under pressure
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
-Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
