Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in the definition and delivery of the entire product strategy, roadmap and execution as a member of the company’s senior management team
2. Understand the unique needs, problems and opportunities of online language education related users
3. Integrate broad insight into the product to enhance user engagement, conversion and retention
4. Define, monitor and analyze products, continuously optimize and improve products
5. Lead multicultural cross-functional teams to promote product development and product management processes
6. Leading and managing the continuous professional development of the product managers’ team
Job requirements
1, At least 8 years of product development or market leadership experience; at least 5, years of product manager team leadership experience
2, Be passionate about technology, mobile, internet and user experience
3, PC + mobile products and agile software development experience
4. Ability to balance strategy, execution/operation and user experience
5, Knowledge other than product management, such as engineering, user experience/user interface, real-time operations, sales, customer support, finance and marketing
6, Fluent in both Chinese and English
